3rd Primary Intergrated Care for 4 Chronic Diseases (PIC4C) Project Advisory Committee Meeting and MoU signing

CEO Dr. Wilson Aruasa, MBS, EBS, currently chairing the 3rd Primary Intergrated Care for 4 Chronic Diseases (PIC4C) Project Advisory Committee Meeting & MoU signing, for Project’s No Cost Extension by World Bank. PIC4C is a Ministry of Health, World Bank funded project for integrated model of care for Non Communicable Diseases(NCD). MTRH is the recipient of the subsidiary grant implemented in Trans Nzoia and Busia Counties. The lead implementer is Dr. Jemimah Kamano, a Diabetologist working at Moi University School of Medicine/MTRH. The 2 Counties have successfully integrated & mainstreamed management of Diabetes, High blood pressure, Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer, with appropriate referrals to MTRH.
