CEO COMMISSIONS NEW SOLAR SYSTEM IN MEDICINE WARDS
Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital(MTRH) CEO Dr Wilson K. Aruasa, MBS, on 18th, December,2019 Commissioned New Solar Systems for installed in the Hospital’s Medicine wards[Nyayo Wards)
The CEO was accompanied in the ceremony by the Rift Valley Regional Director for Chloride Exide,Mr Harrison Kimani who handed over the Solar installations there are going to power, all patient areas, in the entire Medicine wards.
Speaking during the event the CEO,said the Solar System will go along way in helping patients bath with warm water. “having a hot shower in the Wards will increase efficiency and effectiveness in the patient management process.” Dr. Aruasa said.
The CEO asked staff to be inspired with the great works that are happening in the Hospital and to continue making the wards clean and neat since Quality healthcare comes first in MTRH.
Dr Aruasa, urged the staff to maintain Goodwork relationships with colleagues because a happy and healthy staff offer the best services to it’s clients.
The Regional Director for Chloride Exide Mr. Kimani lauded the good work that is happening in MTRH while attributing it to commitment and the passion of the Hospital staff, and that of the Management. He said that he has been to several institutions in the Country but he can not compare them with MTRH in terms of responsiveness and cleanliness of the Hospital. He noted that one cannot miss to get hand hygiene dispensers at every point of the Hospital.
