Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital(MTRH) has dispatched a multi-disciplinary medical team to support the 2024 Great Chepsaita Cross Country Run in Chepsaita- Turbo, Uasin Gishu County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event dubbed ‘Running for Education’ preceded by a free medical camp from 2nd December, 2024, culminating into the Cross Country Run today, graced by the Deputy President H.E. Prof. Kithure Kindiki, EGH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MTRH <\/a>CEO Dr. Philip Kirwa led the Hospital team comprising; clinicians, physiotherapists, nurses, nutritionists, and communications, among others, in covering the race that is taking place courtesy of its Patron Farouk Kibet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Government officials participating in the race include the Head of Public Service, Cabinet Secretaries and Principal Secretaries, among other dignitaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than ten medical institutions are offering emergency first aid services to the athletes.The race is categorised per age group and gender for seamless coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
