Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital CEO Dr. Philip Kirwa was the Chief Guest during 2025 Eldoret National ASK Show closing ceremony on Saturday 8th March, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Kirwa highlighted on how health starts at the source\u2014with how and where our food is grown, harvested, and delivered; better health comes from better food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We <\/a>all need to be in a stable health condition in order to effectively carry out our activities of daily living.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CEO lauded farmers, backed by partners like the National and County Governments on adopting more sustainable and climate-smart farming practices that support economic sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Kirwa closed the 2025 Eldoret ASK show while reiterating that when consumed daily, fruits and vegetables, are known and proven to be able to prevent a number non-communicable diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, and obesity; all major health concerns in the world today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
