Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) supported the successful delivery of the Trauma Resuscitation in Kids (TRIK) course through high-fidelity mannequins and airway trainers, enabling hands-on training in pediatric trauma care.

\u200eThe two-day training , held from June 24\u201325, 2025 at a Mombasa Hotel, was a pre-conference event of the Kenya Association of Paediatric Surgeons (KAPS) annual meeting.

\u200eThe internationally recognized course brought together 24 participants and was led by faculty from Canada and Nigeria.

\u200eThis initiative underscores MTRH\u2019s continued commitment to capacity building, advanced simulation-based learning, and surgical excellence for children across Kenya and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
