Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) has explored opportunities for a strategic partnership with institutions in Poland aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery, medical education, scientific research and the adoption of modern medical technologies.

\u200eWhile welcoming the Polish delegation, MTRH Chief Executive Officer Dr. Philip Kirwa highlighted the importance of international partnerships in strengthening specialized healthcare, knowledge exchange, research and adoption of innovative medical technologies.

\u200eThe Polish delegation was led by Hon. Anna Ba\u0144kowska, Deputy Marshal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Discussions focused on leveraging Poland\u2019s universities, medical research institutions, specialist expertise and health technology sector alongside MTRH\u2019s experience in specialized healthcare, clinical training, research and public health.

\u200eThe delegation thereafter toured MTRH\u2019s Renal Dialysis Centre, Haemato-Oncology Directorate, Riley Mother and Baby Hospital and Oxygen Generating Plant gaining first-hand insight into the Hospital\u2019s specialized services.
