Late bids will not be accepted whatsoever and shall be returned unopened. The eligible bidder shall be required to provide authenticated evidence that they have recently satisfactorily carried out similar assignment. Tender documents with detailed specifications and conditions are obtainable from Supply Chain Department, MTRH, P.O. Box 3-30100, Eldoret from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000/- per each bidding document. Tenders can also be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from both Hospital’s website https://www.mtrh.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke under tender portals.
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes should be deposited in tender box number “A” located at Ground floor left wing of Chandaria Cancer and Chronic Diseases Centre (CCCDC) Building of MTRH (Eldoret) or posted to:
