MTRH Joins the Nation in Tree Planting
Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital ( MTRH) joins the nation in remembering those adversely affected by the ongoing floods across the country.
The day is being observed through National Tree Growing to mitigate the effects of climate change & improving lives and livelihoods.
The Tree Growing exercise at Elgeyo Marakwet County is being led by the Principal Secretaries; Chris Kiptoo (National Treasury) and Harry Kimtai (Health) joined by the Governor-H.E. Wisley Rotich, Senator- William Kisang and area MP-Gideon Kimaiyo.
MTRH Team – led by Ag. CEO Dr. Philip Kirwa – is currently planting trees at Kimwogo Forest, Elgeyo Marakwet County.
