MTRH COLLEGE OF MEDICINE HOLDS 12TH GRADUATION CEREMONY
Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) College of Medicine (CoM) held its 12th graduation ceremony today, 15th December 2023.
The College Director Mr. Caleb Koech noted that more than 4,300 specialists have gone through the College since inception and currently working internationally.
The Chief Guest during the ceremony Dr. Ochiba Lukandu, Dean, Moi University School of Dentistry (Representing Prof. Tenge Kuremu, Principal MU-CHS) said Colleges such as MTRH College of Medicine have been important in the Country’s bid in achieving Primary Healthcare goals.
While addressing the graduands, Dr. Philip Kirwa, Senior Director, Clinical Services (representing MTRH CEO Dr. Wilson K. Aruasa, MBS, EBS) congratulated them for their dedication and efforts, and urged them to always remain diligent, hardworking and most importantly religious. Dr. Kirwa encouraged the graduands to continue being good ambassadors while shunning workplace inhibitors that include alcoholism.
The Class of 2023 Five hundred and sixty-eight (568) graduated at the blended event with various Diplomas and Certificates.
