Private Wing II (Memorial)
The Private Wing II (Memorial) is one of the Private Wing sections of the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH). The Wing was established in 2005 after the Hospital acquired the former U.G. Memorial Hospital. The Wing admits patients seen at the Private Wing (Outpatient Unit), Accident and Emergency Department or those referred from the Private Clinics in/around MTRH. At the Private Wing II, clients are given the opportunity to have a Consultant of their choice to attend to them. We have doctors trained in various sub-specialties as follows: Orthopaedic and Trauma, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neuro-Physicians, Neurosurgeons, Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons, Pediatricians’, Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, Cardiologists, Dermatologists, Gastro-Entomologists.
